What’s in a word?

This week’s Word of the Week is Buzzy: Adjective. /bəzē/ Definition: A quality that adds energy, enthusiasm, or vitality; a certain pizzazz or excitement.. In a sentence: “The upcoming Fall Fusion on Saturday, October 26, is so buzzy that everyone’s talking about it!”
Challenge: Throughout your speeches and conversations this week, try to incorporate “Buzzy” in creative ways! Whether you’re hyping up Fall Fusion or describing a lively moment, let your words create some buzz!

Go get ’em! 100s of Ideas!!

Here are 5 fresh new ideas that you can use and bring to your club! If any of these work for you, we want to hear about it! To get the full list of hundreds of ideas!
Create meeting themes that make it easier to invite guests ( i.e., Favorite Books, Volunteers that Make a Difference, etc.)
Take advantage of the TI connection with Rotary. Pair up on a service project and promote your club.
Create an annual service-type event open to the community at large for your club (e.g., a holiday related activity)
Create a holiday invitation (St. Pat’s, Halloween, Thanksgiving, spring, etc.) and ask each member to hand out invitations to friends and co-workers. Plan your agenda around a holiday theme.
Plan a showcase meeting that includes a keynote on a topic of relevance.

Let’s Welcome our Newest Members!!!
