Home for the Holidays – December Break
As we approach the festive season, Toastmasters THRIVE will be taking a break this December. We’ll be back and ready to kick off the new year in January, and we can’t wait to see all of you then!
During this joyful time, we wish you and your loved ones a very Merry Christmas, Happy Holidays, and a Prosperous New Year. May your celebrations be filled with warmth, laughter, and cherished moments.
Distinguished Clubs Wanted
What are your club’s goals this year? A sign of a healthy district are our clubs and how they are doing. Throughout the year, clubs, officers, and members get to participate in events throughout the District. Will your club be Distinguished?
The Road To Distinguished – Update
At the beginning of the year, the District Leaders agreed to lean in, and pursue returning District 50, to Distinguished Status. There are some things that we need to do, to even be in the running. We had to create a District Success Plan, Budget, Communication, and Marketing Plan, all of that has to be submitted by September 30th. We met that goal. Our next goal is simple, we must have 119 clubs that are paid and in good standing as well as 4,742 payments. Along with that, we need our clubs to also become, at a minimum, a Distinguished Club.
