It is an honor to serve as your Program Quality Director for the 2026-2027 Toastmasters year.
This year, our focus is simple but important: Education + Culture = Building Member Experience Infrastructure.
Program Quality is about so much more than training, contests, conferences, and educational programs. It is about creating an environment where every District 50 member has the resources, opportunities, connections, and support they need to grow throughout their Toastmasters journey.
Our vision for 2026-2027 is centered around three priorities: making District 50 resources easier to find and use, providing quality educational opportunities that support members at every stage of their journey, and creating a culture where members have more opportunities to learn, connect, lead, and grow.
We have assembled an incredible Program Quality team with leaders focused on Club Officer Training, Quality Education, Pathways, Distinguished Toastmaster achievement, Club Success Plans, New Member Orientation, D50 Thrive, Youth Leadership, contests, conferences, member engagement, and so much more.
But our goal is not simply to offer more programs. We are building something that lasts.
We are creating systems, resources, and processes that can continue to serve District 50 beyond a single Toastmasters year. We are strengthening relationships and collaboration across our clubs. Most importantly, we are working to create high-quality experiences at every touchpoint of the member journey.
Whether you are attending your first Toastmasters meeting, beginning your first Pathways project, stepping into a leadership role, working toward your DTM, strengthening your club, or looking for new ways to grow, there is a place for you within Program Quality.
I encourage you to explore the resources on this site, participate in our educational programs and events, connect with members beyond your own club, and take advantage of everything District 50 has to offer.
None of this would be possible without the dedication of our Program Quality team, District leaders, club officers, and members who continue to share their time, talents, ideas, and passion with District 50.
We are building something special together, and the best is yet to come.
