As Program Quality Director, she has enhanced training, club support, and member engagement across District 50. With over 20 years of experience in education and leadership, she is passionate about empowering others.

Rhonda Bunte, DTM, has been a dedicated Toastmaster since 1998, fostering meaningful relationships rooted in shared commitment to Toastmasters’ mission, values, and goals. Her leadership journey showcases the incredible impact of volunteering:
- As Club Growth Director (2024-2025), she spearheaded outreach and retention efforts, supporting existing community and corporate clubs while breaking ground in new markets.
- As Metro Division Director (2023-2024), she created an inclusive environment where area directors felt empowered, valued, and equipped to thrive.
- As Club Coach Chair (2022-2023), she united experienced Toastmasters with clubs facing membership and educational challenges to revitalize their growth.
- As District 50 Chief Judge (2021-2022), she trained and empowered members to maintain integrity in contests and elevated the judging process.
- As Area 51 Director (2020-2021) and through various club officer roles, Rhonda has continually inspired success and growth in those around her.
Rhonda’s story proves how volunteering opens doors to incredible opportunities for learning, growth, and connection.

Shane Gilmore, EH5
Club Growth Director
Shane has a passion for people and desires to see individuals grow to their fullest potential. Shane always works to foster a growth environment where others can find their own brilliance.
Shane joined Toastmasters in 2018. His home club is the Divine Nine Family and Friends Toastmasters, but he has been a member of various other clubs. He has also been president of multiple clubs and served as Area Director for two years in a row.
Shane is a Federal Government employee but is also involved in numerous community organizations. An East Coast native, Shane now resides in Frisco, Texas, with his wife and has four adult children.
Shane desires to see “District 50 Thrive” in 2025-2026!

Lue Drummond, DTM
Eastern Division Director
Lue Drummond, a dedicated Toastmaster since 2007, has a long history of leadership and mentorship within the organization. Currently running for Eastern Division Director, Lue has held multiple district and club roles, including Area Director, Club Coach, and Vice President Education. A three-time Distinguished Toastmaster, she is on track to earn her fourth DTM, reflecting her deep commitment to leadership and education. Her experience spans decades of mentoring, club growth initiatives, and youth leadership programs. She has played a vital role in supporting clubs in achieving Distinguished status and has contributed to the success of District 38 as a Club Mentor and Coach. Passionate about fostering growth and collaboration, Lue is eager to help District 50 expand membership, support struggling clubs, and develop future leaders. Beyond Toastmasters, she has a background in education, science, and community service, dedicating her time to mentoring, volunteer work, and leadership training. She is excited to bring her knowledge, enthusiasm, and strategic vision to Eastern Division, ensuring clubs thrive and members reach their full potential.

Deb Cadet, TM
Frontier Division Director
Debra Cadet, a Toastmasters member since 2022, is a dedicated leader with a passion for helping others grow. Currently running for Frontier Division Director, she previously served as Area 43 Director. With a strong background in operations and project management, Debra has spent over 15 years driving organizational transformation, optimizing processes, and leading high-impact initiatives. As AVP of Operations at Project Management Institute, she partners with leadership to enhance efficiency and streamline operations. Her strategic planning expertise has led to major improvements in productivity, cost savings, and team development. A firm believer in communication, flexibility, and continuous learning, Debra strives to create an inclusive and welcoming environment where Toastmasters members can thrive. She is committed to supporting club growth, mentoring new leaders, and fostering collaboration within the district. A single mother of four young adults, Debra is passionate about inspiring others to push past obstacles and achieve success through teamwork, determination, and vision.

Felicha Stanley, MS5
Southern Division Director
Felicha Stanley has built a career that can be summarized in one phrase: “helping others.” She is Founder of Women Empowering Women, a freelance writer, and author. Felicha is a compassionate educator devoted to helping students achieve their goals, a dedicated leader for community service, and an advocate for women who want to empower other women and young girls. Her recent book, wPower: The Strength of an Empowered Woman to Change the World focus on issues prevalent to most women such as equality, paying it forward for another woman, making sure women voices are being heard, and women as change agents. When Felicha is not helping women and children who are victims of domestic violence in the community, she is donating her time to community organizations such as the Arthritis Foundation, The Family Place, and New Beginnings to name a few.
Felicha grew up in Port Arthur, Texas and currently resides in Dallas, Texas. She enjoys reading, writing, and mentoring young women. Felicha’s goal is to get women actively involved in empowering young girls and other women. She helps women by empowering them in the areas they want and need. One of her favorite quotes is “When women succeed, nations are more safe, secure and prosperous. There is no tool for development more effective than the empowerment of Women.” ~Barack Obama

Nadum Charles, a Toastmasters member since 2015, is a dedicated leader with a passion for strategic growth and leadership development. Currently running for Town North Division Director, he has held multiple leadership roles, including Area Director, Club President, VP Education, and Sergeant at Arms across several clubs. With over a decade of experience in strategic management, business operations, and global supply chain management, Nadum brings strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills to the role. His background in financial oversight, project management, and process improvement positions him well to support clubs and drive member success. As the 2023-2024 Young Achiever Award Co-Chair for CIE/USA-DFW, he has coordinated large-scale events and mentored emerging leaders. Passionate about fostering a culture of inclusivity and excellence, Nadum is committed to helping clubs thrive by implementing growth strategies, enhancing leadership training, and promoting collaboration. An advocate for continuous learning and mentorship, he is eager to apply his expertise to strengthen Town North and empower members to reach their full potential.
