Welcome to the official webpage for the 2025-2026 District 50 Business Meetings. This page covers two separate Zoom business meetings — one led by Toastmasters International (TI) for Elections and Alignment, and one led by Denise Castille for district business not covered in the TI session. Below are the details, registration info, and documents for your review.
District 50 Council Members,
The District 50 Annual Business Meeting will take place on Thursday, April 23, 2026 at 6:30 pm CST. All District Council members are asked to register in advance using the link below.
This is an important meeting as you will hear reports from the District Director, Program Quality Director, Club Growth Director, Division Directors, Audit Chair, Public Relations Manager, and Administration Manager. The Council will also conduct the required annual district business.
For the meeting to run smoothly, it is critical that we establish quorum in advance. Voting will take place electronically using ElectionBuddy. The email address you use to register will be the email address where your ballot will be sent, so please be sure to register using the correct email.
