PROPOSAL – DISTRICT LEVEL SPEECH CONTESTS
District 50 has not conducted fall speech contests. The District continues to conduct Spring Contests. Program Quality Director Shane Gilmore proposes one contest to be conducted in the fall which will be the On-line Contest and to continue conducting two contests in the spring. Spring 2027 Contest will Humorous and International.
PROPOSAL – ANNUAL BUSINES MEETING FORMAT
District 50’s is required to conduct an annual vote for the format of how the annual business meeting will be conducted (virtual or hybrid).
